To help answer questions that often arise and to help you make informed decisions, the Washington Realtors® Association created a pamphlet specifically designed to provide information and resources for first time homeowners.

This program is financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
