Robert is the best! Robert is a true real estate professional. He guided me through which things to do to get my home ready for sale for the most money and quickest sale. Robert made selling my late brothers house stress free. I gave Robert a task that many would think to be an impossible task. The house that I was selling was like walking into the dump, there was garbage every where. I was overwhelmed and considered sell the house as is. Robert told me that he could hire a crew on my behalf to clear out the house and then hire a janitorial service to perform general cleaning. Robert only wanted to know when to list the house and I gave him a week. Robert took action, he received a bid for the removal of debris, and janitorial service, was able to set up the payment of services at closing, the debris was removed, house was cleaned, pictures were taken and the house was listed all within 8 days. The house sold in less than a month. Robert is amazing, he definitely knows how to get the job done, and help reduce the sellers stress levels especially when the task appears to be impossible. If I ever have the need to sell a house or buy a house I am definately going to hire Robert, I believe everyone should hire Robert especially if you want results.

Professional excellence. Robert has helped me in two ways the first time that I met Robert he helped me sell my house and ask what I want to sell it for and I told him and he sold it for more money than what I was asking.
